Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting. Most samples are available for $5-$10 with free shipping.
How do I calculate how much tile I need to order?
Measure the total square footage of your area and add a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, we recommend a 20% buffer.
What is your return policy for unused tile?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and samples are non-refundable.
How are shipping costs calculated for heavy tile orders?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. Large orders are shipped via LTL freight on pallets to ensure the material arrives safely and without breakage.
What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it on the driver's delivery receipt and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
Are your tiles suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Suitability depends on the material. While most porcelain tiles are frost-proof and suitable for outdoors, certain natural stones or glass tiles may be restricted to indoor use. Always check the 'Area of Use' section on the product page.
