At Tile Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 45-day return policy on all unused and undamaged full-box tile orders. Please note that individual sheets, samples, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our returns portal to submit a request within 45 days of delivery, ensuring you have your order number and email address ready.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions to ensure your tiles are handled correctly.
- 3.Pack with Care
Carefully repackage your tiles in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with ample padding to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send your return to our designated warehouse using a carrier of your choice; once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
